Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord based on tenant's default. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant repeatedly failed to comply with payment schedules ordered by the lower court. Tenant also failed to comply with appeals court orders in connection with delaying the eviction, pending appeal.
