Tenant Can't Get Further Delay

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant got a number of extensions to delay the eviction. Tenant then asked the court for a further delay. The court ruled against tenant, and tenant appealed. Tenant didn't show good cause for any further extension and hadn't paid the rent as required by the court when it granted the previous delays.
