Tenant Can't Delay Case

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. After granting tenant some delay to get an attorney, the court later refused to allow any further delay for tenant to get a new attorney. Tenant then didn't appear for trial. The court ruled for landlord based on tenant's default. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant was familiar with housing court procedure and deliberately defaulted.
