Tenant Can't Challenge Housing Authority Ruling

Landlord NYCHA sued to evict tenant after issuing an order that tenant was no longer entitled to occupancy. Tenant claimed that she was entitled to stay. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant didn't file an appeal of NYCHA's ruling. So tenant can't challenge the ruling in the holdover case. The issue of tenant's right to stay in the apartment was already decided.
