Tenant Can Vacate Warrant

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The trial court ruled for landlord. Tenant subsequently asked the court to vacate the warrant of eviction. The court did so, finding that tenant had diligently sought to pay the rent owed.
