Tenant Can Move Back into Apartment

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant was evicted. Shortly after, tenant asked the court to delay any rerenting of the apartment and to allow tenant to move back in. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and lost. Tenant was now able to pay all the back rent. Also, tenant was 63 years old, had lived in the apartment for 20 years, and had no prior history of nonpayment of rent.
