Subtenant Can't Vacate Judgment

LVT Number: 18006

Landlord sued to evict tenant and subtenant. The court ruled for landlord. Subtenant later asked the court to vacate the judgment of possession. The court ruled against subtenant. She appealed and lost. The main reason subtenant wanted to vacate the judgment was that she needed more time to move. She also made a claim about the marshal's notice in her legal memo that wasn't in the court record. And there was insufficient proof to support subtenant's rent overcharge claim.
