Rooftop Garden and Entertainment Room Services Were Restored

LVT Number: #27127

Tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. The DRA ruled for tenants and reduced their rents. The DRA later granted landlord’s application to restore rents based on the restoration of services. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that the rooftop garden and the entertainment room landlord now provided weren’t comparable to what was previously provided and that the prior services were never fully restored. But tenant raised new facts not presented to the DRA. Tenant’s rent was properly restored based on the restoration of services.
