Renewal Lease Didn't List Security Deposit

LVT Number: #23525

Rent-stabilized tenant complained that landlord's renewal lease offer was improper for a number of reasons. The DRA ruled for tenant, finding that landlord's renewal offer was served late, so the start date of the renewal lease was pushed back. Tenant appealed. He had also complained that the renewal lease form didn't show his security deposit, even though he had paid one to landlord previously. The DHCR ruled for tenant and sent the case back to the DRA to address that claim.
