Recycling Container Missing Recycling Labels

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for placing recyclable items out for collection in an improper container. Landlord had placed items in a regular garbage container without any recycling labels. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined him $25. Landlord appealed and lost. Recyclable materials must be placed for collection in a container with three recycling labels on it.
