Post-Abatement Test Results Not Sent to DEP

DEP issued a violation notice to landlord for not making post-lead paint abatement environmental test results available to DEP. Landlord claimed he had complied with the applicable Health Code regulations as soon as he found out how to get the test results. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined him $300. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord had gotten three requests from DEP for post-abatement samples and didn't comply with those requests. Landlord didn't submit the test results until two months after the date of the violation.
