Tenants sued landlord, seeking appointment of a 7-A administrator to manage the building. Landlord asked the court to dismiss the case because the complaining tenants didn't represent one-third of the building's apartments. Tenants asked the court to amend their petition by adding another tenant so that one-third were represented. The court ruled for tenants in March 2018. But landlord then asked for reargument and pointed out that tenants' amended court petition didn't contain any facts concerning the proposed additional tenant. The court agreed and dismissed the case.
