Petition Defective

LVT Number: 10124

Landlord sued to evict tenant. The court ruled for landlord, and tenant appealed. The building was a two-family house occupied by three independent families. This made the building a multiple dwelling, and landlord should have stated this in his petition. The court ruled for tenant and dismissed the case. Landlord's petition was defective since it didn't state that landlord was in compliance with multiple dwelling registration requirements.
