Petition Against Assistant Residence Director Defective

Facts: The Ladies Christian Union (LCU), a nonprofit organization, hired tenant as an assistant residence director of one of its buildings. The job included free room and board at the residence. Tenant complained to the LCU Board that her supervisor had discriminated against some residents. Tenant also filed a worker's compensation claim after injuring her back on the job. Ten days after filing her injury claim, the LCU fired tenant and sued to evict her.
