One Drug Arrest at Apartment

LVT Number: 12353

Landlord sued to evict tenant after a drug arrest was made in tenant's apartment. The court ruled against landlord, and landlord appealed. The appeals court also ruled against landlord. There was only one incident at tenant's apartment when a friend or acquaintance of tenant was arrested and five dozen crack vials and some drug paraphernalia were found. But there was no proof that tenant was involved or that the apartment was set up for drug trafficking. Everything confiscated could fit in a couple of pockets. Tenant wasn't involved in this isolated incident.
