Offered Renewal Lease Stated Incorrect Rent

Tenant complained that landlord didn't offer her a rent-stabilized renewal lease on the same terms and conditions as her prior lease. Tenant claimed that landlord offered a renewal lease based on incorrect rent of $626. Tenant said that his prior rent was, in fact, $614. Landlord argued that tenant refused to sign a properly offered renewal lease. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and won. Tenant proved that the offered renewal lease stated an incorrect prior rent.
