Landlord sued to evict tenant for not renewing her rent-stabilized lease. Tenant claimed that landlord's termination notice was defective. The court ruled against landlord, dismissing his petition. Landlord appealed and lost again. Landlord's termination notice didn't state the grounds for seeking eviction.
