Landlord claimed that tenant's behavior was menacing and harassing, and that tenant's dogs caused property damage and health hazards. Tenant asked the court to dismiss the case. He claimed that landlord should have sent him a notice to cure before starting the court case. The court ruled against tenant. No notice to cure is required in an eviction case based on nuisance.
