Nonrenewal Notice Isn't Defective

LVT Number: 14511

Landlord sued to evict corporate tenant from rent-stabilized apartment based on nonprimary residence. Tenant claimed that landlord's nonrenewal notice was defective. The court ruled for tenant and dismissed the case. Landlord appealed and won. Any misstatement in the notice concerning the individual who was the principal of the corporate tenant was a minor error that didn't mislead tenant or interfere with its ability to defend itself.
