Noisy Tenant

Landlord NYCHA terminated public housing tenant's tenancy after holding a hearing and finding that excessive noise came from tenant's apartment. Tenant appealed this ruling, claiming that it was unreasonable. The court ruled against tenant. Four neighboring tenants testified at the hearing that excessive and disturbing noise had been coming from tenant's apartment for six or seven years. NYCHA reasonably found that tenant was undesirable and properly terminated her tenancy.
