No Storage Room for Recycling Containers

DOS issued a violation notice to landlord for not providing recycling containers within the building. Landlord claimed that there was no accessible storage area at the building for these containers. The ALJ ruled against landlord and fined him $25. Landlord appealed and lost. Because landlord's building contained three or more apartments, landlord was required to provide a storage area with sufficient recycling containers, whether or not it was accessible to tenants.
