Facts:Tenants sued landlord, seeking correction of housing code violations. The case was settled. Later, 19 out of 41 tenants in the building sued landlord again. This time they asked the court to appoint a 7A administrator. Tenants claimed that there were still violations. Court:Tenants lose. The trial testimony didn't show that there were conditions endangering the life, health, and safety of tenants. In fact, landlord had significantly reduced the number of building violations. Among other things, landlord had installed a new roof and corrected mold conditions in four apartments.
