Landlord condominium sued to evict tenant. The apartment wasn't subject to rent regulation. The court ruled for landlord. Tenant agreed in June 1994 to move out within three months. After granting tenant several delays of the eviction date, the court gave tenant until March 1995 to move out. Landlord appealed and won. By law the court was authorized to delay the eviction only for up to six months.
