Missing DOB Sign-Off Accepted After Landlord Filed PAR

LVT Number: #22455

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on the installation of new gas piping to all five lines of apartments in the building. The DRA ruled against landlord in June 2007 because the DOB sign-off attached to landlord’s application stated only that work was approved for the A, B, and C lines. Landlord appealed and won. In May 2008, landlord submitted a supplement to its July 2007 PAR with a DOB sign-off for the D and E lines. This showed that DOB had approved the gas piping for all five apartment lines.
