Minor Uneven Floors

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on defects in his apartment floors. The DRA ruled for tenant. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled against landlord based on an inspection that found minor uneven floors in the living room and bedroom. Landlord appealed and won. As landlord pointed out, minor differences in the floor levels were within industry standards. Landlord proved it had restored services, and tenant's rent was restored.
