Minor Gaps in Door Frame

Tenant complained of a reduction in services based on defects in the apartment's door. The DRA ruled for tenant but later granted landlord's application to restore the rent. Tenant appealed and lost. An inspection showed that there were only minor gaps in the door frame. This was a minor condition that didn't warrant continuation of any rent reduction.
