MCI Increase for New Roof Includes Contractor Costs

LVT Number: #26992

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on roof replacement and repairs. The DRA ruled for landlord in part, but disallowed any increase for costs associated with the contractor’s profit and overhead. Landlord appealed, but while its PAR was pending, the DRO modified its ruling and added the contractor costs to the total approved MCI. So the PAR was dismissed since the DRO had already approved the disputed costs.
