Tenant claimed that the installation of seven meters included in landlord's claimed MCI costs wasn't performed. Landlord argued that the cost of Con Ed meters wasn't included in the MCI contract and wasn't included in the claimed MCI cost. Documents submitted by landlord showed that the $26,000 tenant questioned was for the supply, installation, and wiring of the electrical meter boxes by the contractor and didn't include the cost of Con Ed electric meters that were provided by Con Ed.
