MCI Didn't Include Cost of Increasing Height of Parapets

LVT Number: #26251

Landlord applied for MCI rent hikes based on pointing and waterproofing. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that increasing the height of the building’s parapets wasn’t an MCI and that the asbestos abatement was done in an unprofessional manner. But landlord properly documented the work and didn't seek any increase for increasing the parapet height.
