LVT Number: 15387

(Decision submitted by James. R. Marino of the Manhattan law firm of Kucker & Bruh, LLP, attorneys for the landlord.) Landlord appealed the DRA's decision setting the maximum rents for 1984. The DHCR ruled for landlord in part. The DRA didn't include a 1983 labor cost adjustment in the MBRs for five tenants. So each of those rents was increased by $5.62 per month.
