MBR Calculations Omitted MCI Increase

Rent-controlled tenant complained of a rent overcharge. The DRA ruled for tenant, and landlord appealed. Landlord claimed that the DRA didn't add a previously ordered MCI rent increase to the calculation of tenant's legal rent. The DHCR ruled for landlord. The DRA had made an error in omitting the MCI increase in its calculation of tenant's lawful rent. There was no rent overcharge.
