Master TV Antenna Broken

LVT Number: #24970

Rent-stabilized tenant complained of a reduction in building-wide services based on disrupted master TV antenna service. The DRA ruled against tenant, who appealed and won. DHCR inspection had shown that there was a master antenna cable connected to tenant's digital television but that there was no TV reception. A photo taken by the DHCR's inspector showed a message on tenant's television screen stating that "channel/signal not available." Landlord also didn't dispute tenant's claim that the master antenna was broken and that landlord refused to fix it.
