Managing Agent Not Liable for Fees Owed by Landlord

Landlord's attorney sued managing agent for unpaid attorney's fees after representing landlord in an eviction case. The court ruled against the attorney and the attorney appealed. The appeals court again ruled against the attorney. The managing agent hired the attorney on behalf of landlord and disclosed that it was landlord who was being represented. The court petition and attorney's bills identified landlord, so it was clear who the client was.
