Lease Contained Attorney's Fees Clause

Landlord sued to evict tenant. The trial court ruled for landlord but denied landlord attorney's fees. Landlord appealed. The appeals court reversed and ruled for landlord. Tenant then appealed. The appeals court ruled against tenant. The last lease between landlord and tenant contained an attorney's fees clause. So landlord was entitled to attorney's fees.
