Landlord's Attorney Can't Start Case in His Own Name

LVT Number: 16360

Landlord sued to evict tenant. Landlord's court papers were signed only by landlord's attorney. Tenant asked the court to dismiss the case. The court ruled for tenant. Landlord appealed and lost. A landlord's attorney can't start an eviction case in his own name. And this defect can't be corrected by naming landlord in the caption of the court papers.
