Landlord's 2010 Luxury Deregulation Application Reopened

LVT Number: #27493

Landlord applied in 2010 for high-rent/high-income deregulation of tenant’s apartment. The DRA dismissed the case based on a prior deregulation order issued by the DHCR. Landlord appealed, and the case was reopened. The prior order, granting landlord’s 2009 luxury deregulation application, had been appealed by tenants and ultimately revoked. So landlord’s 2010 application should be reconsidered on the merits.
