Landlord Restored Gas Service

LVT Number: 19373

Tenants complained of a reduction in building-wide services. They claimed in late February that there had been no gas service since January. Landlord answered in April, stating that extensive repairs had been made to the overhead gas risers in the basement and that service was now restored. In response, one tenant stated that she still had no gas service. The DRA ruled against tenants and dismissed their complaint. One tenant appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that she still didn't have gas service.
