Landlord Refused Tenant's Offer to Pay Back Rent Owed

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. Tenant claimed that she had offered landlord the rent owed a number of times but that landlord wouldn't accept it. The court ruled for tenant in part. The court found that landlord refused tenant's offer to pay back rent owed. Landlord's claim for the older part of the back rent was dismissed. The court otherwise ruled for landlord but permanently delayed eviction on the condition that tenant pay landlord the most recent two months of back rent owed.
