Landlord Provided Master Antenna

LVT Number: 15474

Tenant complained of a reduction in services because landlord removed a TV antenna she had placed on the roof. The DRA ruled for tenant. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on restoration of services. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed, claiming that she paid $54 to connect her television to the master antenna landlord had installed. She claimed that this wasn't a proper restoration of her prior free service. The DHCR ruled against tenant. Landlord provided the master antenna that tenant sought.
