Landlord Properly Renewed Rent-Stabilized Lease

Rent-stabilized tenant complained to the DHCR that landlord failed to provide her with a certified copy of her renewal lease. The DHCR ruled against tenant, who appealed and lost. The court and appeals court found that the DHCR's decision was reasonable. Landlord was required to give tenant only a fully executed copy of the renewal lease signed by both parties after tenant signed and sent the renewal lease offer back to landlord.
