Landlord Objected to New Dog on Time

Landlord sued to evict tenant for keeping a dog in violation of her lease. Landlord also claimed that the dog was a nuisance. Tenant argued that she'd had a dog for a long time with prior landlord's permission. When that dog died, tenant got a new dog. The court ruled for landlord. Landlord brought the eviction case within three months after tenant started walking the new dog and its existence became known to the building super. So landlord started its case on time.
