Landlord Needn't Replace Gas Stove with Electric Stove

Tenant complained of a reduction in services because his gas stove was defective. Landlord offered to replace the stove, but tenant refused to accept another gas stove. Tenant wanted only an electric stove. He said he had been injured by a gas stove. Landlord said that the building wasn't wired for electric stoves. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord wasn't required to replace the gas stove with an electric one. Tenant admitted that landlord was prepared to replace the defective stove but tenant refused to permit it.
