Landlord Needn't Provide Custom-Made Window Screens

Tenant complained of a reduction in services because the replacement window screens landlord offered were inferior to the prior custom-made screens. Tenant refused the new screens. The DRA ruled against tenant. Tenant appealed and lost. Landlord was under no duty to offer anything other than standard screens. At the inspection, landlord offered and installed new screens. Tenant refused to accept them and asked that they be removed.
