Landlord Must Refile Unsigned PAR

LVT Number: #23509

Landlord filed a PAR of a DRO order that ruled in rent-controlled tenant's favor. The DHCR rejected landlord's PAR as defective because landlord failed either to sign the PAR or to verify or affirm the statements she made in it. Landlord was given 35 days to refile the PAR and correct these procedural defects. If landlord couldn't correct the procedural defects within that time, she must still refile within 35 days and explain in the refiled PAR why she couldn't do so.
