LVT Number: #29759

Rent-stabilized tenant complained that landlord wouldn't properly renew her lease. The DRA ruled for tenant and ordered landlord to add tenant's husband's name to the renewal lease. Landlord appealed and lost. Landlord asked permission to increase tenant's security deposit, requested that there be no smoking in the apartment, and asked that the barking of tenants' two dogs be controlled. Landlord didn't dispute the DRA's order to renew tenant's lease and add her husband's name.
