Landlord May Be Liable for 7A Administrator's Expenses

LVT Number: 9032

A building's 7A Administrator asked to be relieved of his responsibilities and to get reimbursed for all debts and expenses he'd incurred as the 7A Administrator. Landlord argued that it wasn't required to pay the 7A Administrator's outstanding debts. The court ruled that landlord is liable for the legitimate debts and expenses incurred by the 7A Adminis-trator. It ordered a hearing to determine the reasonableness and necessity of these expenses.
