Landlord Limited Liability Company Can't Get Apartment

Landlord asked the DHCR if he could recover a rent-stabilized apartment for owner occupancy. Landlord was the sole member of a limited liability company. In an opinion letter, the DHCR said no. Rent Stabilization Code Section 2524.4(a)(3) limits recovery for personal use and occupancy to individual owners.
