Landlord Gets Judgment for Unpaid Rent

Landlord sued former tenant in small claims court after tenant moved out owing rent. Tenant had also removed and replaced an interior wall with an inferior and unacceptable wall. The court ruled for landlord and awarded him $3,000. Tenant appealed and lost. The judgment for landlord was fair and shouldn't be disturbed.
