LVT Number: 16044

Landlord sued to evict tenant for nonpayment of rent. The court ruled for landlord, and landlord asked for attorney's fees. The court ruled against landlord. Landlord appealed and won. Since landlord was forced to bring a nonpayment case to get payment, it was entitled to attorney's fees.
