Landlord Fixed Water Pressure and Bathroom Ceiling

LVT Number: #23726

The DRA reduced tenant's rent based on a reduction in services. Landlord later applied for rent restoration based on the restoration of services. The DRA ruled for landlord. Tenant appealed and lost. Tenant claimed that services hadn't been restored. But the DHCR inspection showed that water pressure in the kitchen was adequate, there were no leaks in the bathroom ceiling, there were no defects to the radiator valve in the bedroom, and there was no evidence of any roaches. The DRA properly restored tenant's rent.
